allows planes to fly more closely without violating public saftey rules. This

rule will help protect them during
their aerosol spray operations.

Let the convention center also know you do not support them in hosting conferences
that advocate weather modification and groups that conduct illegal experiments
with
the atmosphere that is vital to our existence.
